Working with Stakeholders

For London Gateway, stakeholder communications has always been, and continues to be, of utmost importance and we are proud to be working alongside global experts across a range of disciplines.

Port of London Authority control roomLondon Gateway is the culmination of over ten years of intensive planning. The project has gone through extensive parliamentary and stakeholder assessment to ensure it is designed and developed in an environmentally-friendly way. It has also undergone a rigorous Public Inquiry and thorough scientific testing.

Over 300 consultant and stakeholder groups have been involved in the development of London Gateway, including Thurrock Council, Department for Transport (DfT), Network Rail, the Highways Agency, the Development Corporation and the Port of London Authority (PLA). London Gateway is in continuous contact with all stakeholders to verify approval at each stage of the planning process.
